Preparing areas for the addition of paver or flagstone pathways and patios is another specialty of Saylor Landscaping. After preparing the space, adding and compacting the gravel, and placing the sand; we install the pavers and edging.

New lawn installation relies on skilled site preparation:

First, the ground must be contoured to allow proper drainage and aesthetic appeal. Note: Needed underground water drainage, and/or sprinkler system work is best done before continuing.

Second, the appropriate soil blend must be applied and prepared.
The next step is the spraying of hydroseed, the spreading of seed, or the laying of new sod.

Finally, each customer will be given fertilizing and watering instructions to ensure the long-term success of their new lawn.

Renovation of an existing lawn includes the removal of the old lawn sod. Care is given to preserve mature plants and landscaping features. Once the ground is graded and sufficient topsoil added and prepared, then the selected new lawn product will be installed.
